For new and early-stage membership-based practices

Your panel isn't full yet.
Let's fix that.

The Full Panel Foundation is a free 3-week live group that builds the marketing foundation most direct care practices never get … and can't grow consistently without.

You've done the hard part. You left the stability of traditional healthcare (or are working towards that), built out your direct care practice model, got the systems running. You have patients who said they'd follow you. A few referrals have trickled in.

And maybe your panel is growing... just not fast enough. Or you're looking for those first 30 patients so that you'll feel comfortable leaving your current position.

Here's what I see consistently with new and early-stage concierge physicians who struggle to fill their patient panels: it's not your reputation. It's not your clinical quality. It's not your location (or lack thereof).

It's that you're trying to market a practice you haven't fully defined yet.

And there's no channel, not Google, not referrals, not social media, that can grow something with a muddled message.

What you need first is a foundation. This group will give you that.

What The Group Is

The Full Panel Foundation

A free 3-week live group of direct care physicians, with a one hour session per week on Zoom, and a private WhatsApp group for communication between sessions.

Week 1

Define the patient your practice was built for

Not just a generic demographic. The specific person your practice serves best and how to find more of them.

Week 2

Build the message that makes you the obvious choice

A differentiation statement that makes you stand out and showcases the benefits that working with you brings to your patient's lives.

Week 3

Find the gaps and build your 90-day strategy

An honest audit of where your current marketing disconnects from your positioning, and an actionable plan for what to fix first.

What You Walk Away With

Three concrete deliverables, not a PDF of slides.

01

An ideal patient profile

Built from your actual experience and practice, not a template.

02

A differentiation statement

That makes your practice the obvious choice for the right patient.

03

A 90-day strategy

That tells you exactly what to do first, second, and third.

These aren't ideas that might help. You'll come away with working documents built from your practice during the sessions and a foundation that makes every marketing decision easier from here on out.

Who this is built for.

This is for you if your concierge or DPC practice is new (opening in the next 12 months) or early-stage and your panel isn't growing as fast as you need it to.

It's for you if you've tried a few things: You have a website, have done some referral outreach, maybe some social media... but nothing has moved the needle the way you expected.

It's for you if you want to build the marketing foundation right before you spend another dollar on tactics.

Carey, founder of The Full Panel Foundation

About Carey.

Hi there, I'm Carey Brandenburg and I work as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for concierge and DPC practices, helping physicians build the strategic foundation that makes their practice growth predictable.

With more than fifteen years of experience leading marketing in high-trust industries (including growth strategy at Venture Medical and PR at Seattle Children's Hospital) and a background in broadcast journalism, I understand the story you need to tell and the actions you need to take to attract more prospective patients & fill your panel.

I created The Full Panel Foundation because the same foundational gaps keep showing up in almost every new direct care practice I talk to. I can't promise to solve everything in three weeks, but I can promise that you will leave with more clarity on your marketing and a path to move forward so you stop spinning your wheels.
